Ingredients
Yield:4 cocktails
¼ cup superfine sugar
4 ounces fresh lemon juice
4 bottles cold bitter lemon soda, such as Fever-Tree
4 lemon twists, for garnish
Preparation
- Step 1
Shake sugar, lemon juice and 2 tablespoons hot tap water in a cocktail shaker until sugar dissolves. Strain into Champagne flutes. Top with the bitter lemon. Garnish with twists.
