  • ¼ cup superfine sugar

  • 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

  • 12 ounces ice cubes (about 2 to 3 cups)

  • 4 ounces cherry juice

  • 4 ounces pear nectar

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    In a small bowl, combine sugar with ¼ cup warm water. Stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Stir in lemon and lime juice.

  2. Step 2

    In a blender, combine ice, cherry juice, pear nectar and 4 ounces lemon-lime mix. Blend until smooth. Pour into cocktail glasses and serve.

You can just blend frozen pitted cherries with the pear nectar if you can't find cherry juice...

If you want it daiquiri style like on the photo, you need much more ice cubes or you have to freeze it and stir it every 30-60 minutes for a couple of hours.
