  • 1 tablespoon cardamom seeds

  • 1 teaspoon whole black cumin seeds

  • 1 teaspoon whole cloves

  • 1 teaspoon whole black peppercorns

  • 2 inches of a cinnamon stick

  • ⅓ whole nutmeg, grated
