  • 2 cups thinly sliced romaine lettuce

  • 2 cups stemmed watercress

  • 2 cups thinly sliced radicchio

  • ½ cup plain low-fat yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt, plus more to taste

  • Freshly ground pepper to taste

  • ¼ cup pitted green olives, coarsely chopped

  1. Step 1

    In a large bowl, toss together the romaine, watercress and radicchio. In another bowl, whisk together the yogurt, olive oil and lime juice. Stir in the salt, pepper and olives. Just before serving, toss the dressing with the salad.

Had only romaine, cut into ¼" strips...Used non-fat sour cream, lime juice and muffuletta mix and some of it"s oil for the dressing. Was quite good. Just a touch of heat from the chilis in the mix was delightful.

Used this as basis for a cabbage slaw dressing. Added 1 t of honey, 1 t olive oil mayo, paprika & seasoned pepper. good result.

Good but a little tart. Might use a little less lime juice than the recipe calls for next time.
