I enjoyed this one, but felt it was missing some complexity. I added some angostora bitters, which helped immensely. Will definitely be making this again.
My friend introduced me to a delicious, minimalist version of this drink and I recommend trying it before adding extra ingredients. It's easier and has zero calories. Just pour equal parts chilled hibiscus tea and sparkling water into glass and enjoy. I don't even add ice. The tea I particularly recommend is Republic of Tea's hibiscus sangria iced tea, created with bits of dry fruit in its blend.
thought there was a bit much vinegar as written. suggest starting with half and adjusting to taste.
I had raspberry balsamic vinegar at home and it tasted great!
I found this to be perfectly delicious made exactly to recipe, and also visually pleasing.
I loved this. It’s one of the few mocktails I’ve enjoyed. The apple cider vinegar is great.
