Made this and added a slice of sharp cheddar. Delicious!

just the mayo with maple syrup & Sriracha would be worth it!!! i can think of so many things to add it to...

This is very simple and very good. I recommend smoked turkey and soft sandwich bread.

This was so fresh and tasty! I used pink lady apple and boxed romaine leaf lettuce (little leaf farms romaine leaf).

Have been making these for years. Only use honey crisps and dukes mayo with the maple. Love w Mrs Bairds butter bread. Have tried with leftover Tday turkey and not the same- really need that thin sliced, moister deli meat. I add a dash of non-vinegary (carrot based) hot sauce to mayo/maple to taste- usually habanero. I’ve also been adding a thin spread of Delice Lincet triple cream Brie to one bread side, under the mayo. I make a turkey free version for veggie friends, that goes way heavier on Brie. It’s an expensive Brie but well worth it here. Great sandwich , easy to make a lot of and bring to a picnic/lunch potluck.

This is a winner for a quick, easy, flavorful lunch! Took some commented advice and added the sharp white cheddar, baby arugula, and a dash of sriracha in the mayo.
