Ingredients

Yield:1 drink
  • ½ fresh jalapeno, cut into thin wheels

  • 1 cup green Chartreuse

  • 1 ½ ounces cachaça, preferably Leblon

  • ½ ounce Benedictine

  • ½ ounce agave nectar

  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice

  • Sprig of fresh thyme

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Place jalapeno in a small saucepan. Add Chartreuse and bring to a boil. Immediately remove from heat, remove jalapeno and allow infusion to cool.

  2. Step 2

    Pour ½ ounce of infusion (there will be extra) and remaining liquids into a mixing glass. Shake with ice and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with thyme.
