Ingredients

Yield:4 servings, enough for a total of 6 ounces greens
  • 3 tablespoons fresh goat cheese

  • 3 to 4 tablespoons skim milk

  • 3 or 4 sprigs thyme, marjoram or oregano to yield 1 ½ tablespoons of chopped leaves
