  • 1 pound fresh cranberries

  • 3 medium apples, unpeeled

  • ½ cup walnuts, chopped

  • ½ cup celery, sliced

  • 2 tablespoons crystallized ginger, chopped (optional)

  • 2 teaspoons grated lemon rind

  • 3 tablespoons Cherry Heering

  • ½ cup sugar
