Ingredients
Yield:1¾ cups
½ cup minced celery (white section plus tender leaves)
½ cup minced onion
1 teaspoon minced hot green pepper like jalapeno
¼ cup minced fresh coriander
Juice of 2 lemons
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
- Step 1
Put all ingredients into a mixer and blend well. Serve a small dab over each individual oyster on the half shell.
