I made this with "Amaro del Capo" and Jamaican wright and nephew overproof rum. The amaro I used is sweet and has some cola notes.
This drink is a great substitute for Cuba libres.
You can play with the ratios. Next time I'll use more lime and maybe change the booze ratios with a little more amaro and less rum.
Delightful! I just used Bacardi and it was still amazing! Light and refreshing..feels like something I could drink at any time.
It was great with Averna and a Diplimatico With Rum- not overproof, but increased the rum quantity 25%. Delicious.
