Ingredients
1½ cups frozen fruit, such as peaches, nectarines, cherries and/or berries
¾ cup plain or Greek yogurt or cottage cheese (any fat percentage, one 5-ounce container)
1 cup any milk, plus more as needed
½ cup quick-cooking or old-fashioned oats
1 pitted Medjool date
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preparation
- Step 1
In a blender, combine the frozen fruit, yogurt, milk, oats, date, vanilla and cinnamon. Blend on high until smooth. Add more milk as needed to thin.

Are the oats cooked?
@Terri They’re not cooked oats. Be sure you have a really good blender or you’ll end up with big chunks of raw oats.
Great! I didn't have dates so I used date syrup.
I'm confused about the nutritional information. The recipe claims to make '1 to 2 servings' and calls for yogurt of 'any fat percentage,' which would have a variety of potential calories, fat, etc. What is the given nutritional information reflecting?
I subbed half a package of tofu for the yogurt.
