I made 2 cups of hot cocoa using Hershey's Cocoa powder and then following their standard recipe. I also added half a bar of 70% cocoa dark chocolate to the saucepan to add more richness to the cocoa. I didn't have Cointreau so used Grand Marnier instead. It came out great.
