  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • ½ cup prepared white horseradish, or to taste

  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

It sounds delicious. I've made Raichlen's variation with 1/2 mayonnaise , 1/2 sour cream , horseradish , a little bit of heavy cream and Worcestershire sauce. Savory and delicious.

We added 4 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce and an extra 3 TB of horseradish. Husband thought it was too bland without it.

We make one similar to this, ours also has beer! And I love it, we all love it!
