  • 2 teaspoons grated lime zest

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh mint, optional

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Was very difficult to stir in lime juice so used immersion blender. I think the recipe would be better if blending options were given up front. Very tasty on salmon.
