Ingredients
Yield:2 servings
3 ounces mixed greens or mesclun or arugula
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
¼ teaspoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
Pinch sugar
Preparation
- Step 1
Wash and dry the greens.
- Step 2
In a serving bowl whisk the oil, vinegar, soy sauce and sugar; mix in the greens.
