Ingredients
1 cup cranberries
¼ cup butter
½ cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
2 cups flour
A pinch of salt
Preparation
- Step 1
Mix together, then pour into a greased tin melon mold only two-thirds full. Steam for 1 ½ hours.
- Step 2
When cooked, serve with a sauce or glaze of your choice.
