Ingredients
2 cups fresh cranberries
2 oranges, pitted, peel removed from one orange
6 heaping tablespoons toasted, chopped pecans
6 tablespoons dried cranberries
6 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons sugar
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
Preparation
- Step 1
Wash the fresh cranberries, and grind them in a meat grinder using a fine blade or process in a food processor until the cranberries are finely chopped.
- Step 2
Cut the oranges into eighths, and grind or process until finely chopped.
- Step 3
Combine fresh cranberries, oranges, pecans, dried cranberries, maple syrup, Grand Marnier, sugar and nutmeg; stir well, and refrigerate at least an hour but up to 3 or 4 days.
A meat grinder provides a more consistent texture than a food processor. For best flavor, use Grade B maple syrup.

Original recipe has 2 TB; not sure why left off here. I have made this/it is very good.
