  • 12 ounces Campari or other amaro

  • 2 12-ounce bottles ginger beer

  • 12 ounces sparkling water

  • 1 to 4 tablespoons simple syrup, to taste, optional

  • 6 lime wedges, for garnish

  • 6 slices crystallized ginger, for garnish

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    In a pitcher, combine amaro, ginger beer and sparkling water. Stir. Sweeten if desired.

  2. Step 2

    Fill 6 tall glasses with ice. Pour drink mixture into each and garnish with wedge of lime and slice of ginger. Serve.
