Ingredients
Yield:About 1/2cup
4 small green bird chilies (see note)
3 to 4 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon cilantro leaves
¼ cup lemon juice
Preparation

In a blender, combine all the ingredients and process until smooth. Serve as a dipping sauce with your favorite sate.
