I just made this little beauty to go along with our Tapas. It definitely evokes Barcelona and was lovely with some jamon and manchego. Smoky, sweet and sparkly all at once.

Try adding different types of bitters to zhuzh it up a bit. Lavender works nicely, as does orange.

My go to when I want a lovely footed-glass drink...it is elegant, a bit smoky, and slightly bubbly...what more could you ask for?! I use Amontillado...👌🍸

simple and unique
