  • Grated zest of a ½ lemon

  • 2 teaspoons sugar

  • 5 ounces chilled Saison beer

  • 1 lemon wheel

    Put the bourbon, lemon zest and sugar in a cocktail shaker, fill with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice, top with the beer. Garnish with the lemon wheel.
