  • 1 bottle Fever-Tree Mediterranean tonic

  • 3 coriander seeds

  • Grapefruit peel

  • 1 bruised mint sprig

Wow, delicious... But 4 oz. gin per drink? I'm having trouble standing up! Next time I'll try 2 oz. gin, the juice of half a lime and a bottle of Fever Tree tonic each.

Fever tree tonic is overrated. Polar tonic water is much better in this and all recipes

Awesome! I like to use lime peel then smack/clap a few basil leaves and stir into my G&T.
