Ingredients
2 ounces gin, preferably Oxley
1 bottle Fever-Tree Mediterranean tonic
3 coriander seeds
Grapefruit peel
1 bruised mint sprig
Preparation
- Step 1
In a rocks glass, add a large ice cube, gin and tonic. Garnish with coriander seeds, mint and grapefruit peel.

Wow, delicious... But 4 oz. gin per drink? I'm having trouble standing up! Next time I'll try 2 oz. gin, the juice of half a lime and a bottle of Fever Tree tonic each.
Fever tree tonic is overrated. Polar tonic water is much better in this and all recipes
Awesome! I like to use lime peel then smack/clap a few basil leaves and stir into my G&T.
