Maybe I’m having a bad day, but could anyone translate the recipe’s measurement for tonic: 1-6 8/10 oz ?
It would have been clearer if they’d said one 6.8 ounce bottle of tonic, which is the size the tonic comes in.
This makes a delicious drink. I will never go back to a lemon squeeze in a G and T, as the lemon peel and lime wheel give it a far more complex flavor. The juniper berries are also wonderful, especially if you have a gin that is light on that flavor. Just wonderful!
