  • 2 ounces Canadian whiskey

  • 1 ounce joven mezcal

  • ½ ounce maple syrup

  • 1 dash apple bitters

  • 1 dash old-fashioned bitters, preferably Fee Brothers

  • Strip of peel from ½ orange
