Ingredients
Yield:1 cocktail
1 ½ ounces V.S. Cognac, like Courvoisier V.S. or Hennessy V.S
¾ ounce orange Curaçao
1 ounce pineapple juice
1 dash Angostura bitters
Freshly grated nutmeg
1 twist orange peel
Preparation
- Step 1
In a mixing glass, combine the Cognac, Curaçao, pineapple juice and Angostura bitters. Add ice and mix well.
- Step 2
Strain drink into a chilled cocktail glass. Lightly dust with nutmeg. Holding the orange twist with tongs, touch a flame to it so the oil in the skin briefly lights. Add to glass and serve.
