  • 3 bunches basil, well rinsed

  • 1 bunch flat-leaf parsley, well rinsed

  • 1 bunch chives

  • ¼ cup finely grated Parmigiano- Reggiano

  • 2 tablespoons goat cheese

  • 2 tablespoons pine nuts

  • Pinch red-pepper flakes

  • Freshly ground black pepper and salt to taste

  • 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
