Ingredients
Yield:About 1¾ cups
3 bunches basil, well rinsed
1 bunch flat-leaf parsley, well rinsed
1 bunch chives
¼ cup finely grated Parmigiano- Reggiano
2 tablespoons goat cheese
2 tablespoons pine nuts
Pinch red-pepper flakes
Freshly ground black pepper and salt to taste
1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Preparation
- Step 1
Combine all ingredients save for olive oil in a food processor. Mix. With motor running, slowly pour in oil. Process until smooth.
