I love the pale green color of this smoothie. Granny Smith and lime make a great marriage and the yogurt and chia seeds make the sweet and tart smoothie substantial enough to get me through the morning.

Interesting; relatively thin for a smoothy and not too sweet. I'll make it again.

I really enjoy this smoothie as-is but like to freeze my apples the night before to get the kind of texture I want. If it ends up too thick (and I don’t feel like pivoting to a smoothie bowl), I add some coconut or almond milk. It’s a refreshing breakfast!

Add more chia seeds, like a couple of tablespoons. Delish!

Add avocado and a bit more chia for a thicker, creamier texture.

I don’t agree with increasing the chia seeds to tablespoons for this portion size unless you double recipe. Chia seeds are great but I find too much in a recipe I actually get a belly ache.

Was looking for a yogurt forward, no banana smoothie and this fit the bill. Subbed lemon for lime cause that’s what I had and added a date for sweetness. Pretty good!
