Ingredients
Yield:2 servings
2 large oranges
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Preparation
- Step 1
Peel the oranges; divide into sections, and cut them in half.
- Step 2
In a bowl large enough to hold the oranges, mix the vinegar, honey and mustard, and stir the oranges into the mixture to coat well.
