Ingredients

  • 1 ½ sticks of butter

  • ½ cup sugar

  • Dash of salt

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 ½ cups cornstarch

  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup ground hazelnuts

  • 3 teaspoons baking powder

  • 2 tablespoons rum

  • 1 tablespoon of ginger

Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

    Mix the ingredients, one by one, in an electric mixer or food processor. Grease the gingerbread mold and pour the dough into it, pressing it against the sides to prevent large gaps.

    Bake for about one hour.
