  • Freshly ground pepper

  • ⅛ teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

    Cook the noodles in boiling salted water to cover until al dente.

    Drain well and return to the pot. Add the butter, pepper and nutmeg and toss. Add the parsley and cheese, toss, and serve hot.
