Ingredients
Yield:About ½ cup
- 1cup powdered sugar
- 2tablespoons lemon juice
- 2tablespoons lemon zest
- Pinch of salt
Preparation

In a small bowl, combine the ingredients and stir until well mixed. Use as a glaze for baked goods.

Glaze will seem thin but hardens when it rests a while. Resist temptation to thicken it with more confectioner sugar, otherwise you’ll end up with icing.

It will harden soon so you may have to keep whisking it from time to time

This recipe also works well as Lime Glaze and Peach Glaze. I haven’t tried any other fruits yet, but I’m assuming that many others are possible.
