Ingredients
Yield:2 servings
1 ounce mache or 1 ½ ounces mesclun
1 tablespoon blue cheese
2 tablespoons nonfat yogurt
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
- Step 1
Wash the mache or mesclun, and dry.
- Step 2
Meanwhile, mash the blue cheese with the yogurt to make a smooth dressing. Mix greens with dressing, and season with pepper.
