  • 3 to 4 tablespoons sesame paste (tahini)

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil

  • 2 tablespoons peanut or safflower oil

  • 3 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

  • Course salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

These are delicious. Skip the peanut / safflower oil, as they are not needed and make the dish too oily.

I must confess my sins. I forgot the garlic. I had set aside two cloves and just forgot to add them in. Was still delicious. Would have been better with the garlic 🧄

i didn't use two oils - and I agree, it doesn't need both. i used the sesame oil because i like the flavor. it was delicious!
