  • ½ teaspoon dry mustard

  • Salt to taste

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 3 tablespoons walnut oil

  • ¾ cup plus 1 tablespoon peanut oil

    In blender place egg, mustard, salt, lemon juice, walnut oil and 1 tablespoon peanut oil. Blend one minute. Drop by drop add remaining oil, blending until mayonnaise forms.
