Ingredients
Yield:1 cocktail
¼ ounce mezcal, preferably Del Maguey Tobala, or more to taste
1 ounce or less silver tequila, depending on amount of mezcal
¼ ounce triple sec or Cointreau
¼ ounce agave nectar
½ ounce fresh lime juice
Dash Fernet Branca
1 egg white
Lime wedge
Preparation
- Step 1
In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients and shake vigorously without ice. Add ice, shake again, and taste for balance.
- Step 2
Strain into a rocks glass over ice and garnish with lime wedge.
