  • 3 oz. Clamato juice

  • ½ tsp. soy sauce

  • juice of 1 lemon wedge

  • ½ tbsp. horseradish

  • 4 dashes powdered ginger

  • 4 dashes hot sauce

  • a pinch of pepper

  • pinch of salt

This is the best Bloody Mary I've ever made. I used it because we happened to have Clamato juice and Orange vodka. I didn't have the horseradish, and used fresh (frozen) ginger instead of powdered. Rimmed the glass with Tanjin Classico, added the traditional clergy stalk and a couple of olives. This is a keeper.

I’m not a fan of Worcestershire sauce so this recipe is perfect. It’s also more refreshing and works well with Tequila which I prefer over vodka.
