  • ¾ cup sweet apple cider

  • 4 tablespoons butter at room temperature

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon Calvados

    In a small saucepan add the cider, bring to a boil and simmer until reduced to ⅔ cup. Remove from heat.

  2. Step 2

    Swirl in the butter, and add lemon juice and Calvados. Serve with crepes.
