Yield:about 10 tablespoons
3 tablespoons light soy sauce
3 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon sugar
⅛ teaspoon finely minced garlic
⅛ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon red wine
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
