  1. Step 1

    Combine vodka, honey, orange and cinnamon in saucepan over medium-high heat, and bring to boil. Add cherries, cover, reduce to simmer and cook for 2 minutes. Transfer mixture to storage container, and allow to cool. Serve over poundcake.

I didn't like the orange slices. Would omit the next time around and use orange water/essence instead. Very good with ice cream
