Ingredients
Yield:Four servings
- ¼pound smoked salmon, skinned and cut into bite-size pieces
- 1cup yogurt cheese
- 1teaspoon freshly grated horseradish
- ¼teaspoon salt
- ½teaspoon freshly ground white pepper
- 2tablespoons minced fresh dill
Preparation
- Step 1
Combine the smoked salmon and cheese in a blender or food processor. Puree until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Fold in the horseradish and dill. Serve with crackers.
