So I had a 12-oz bag of green beans from the supermarket. One of those microwavable bags. Put it in the microwave for 4 minutes, let the bag sit unopened for 2, and then spilled beans into a serving dish with the butter and lemon already in it. Stirred and served. What could be simpler? Can't wait for my own beans to come in, any day now!
