Celery salt
2 ounces horseradish-infused vodka, well chilled
1 celery stalk
Preparation
- Step 1
Dip rim of a martini glass in water, then in celery salt to coat. Add chilled vodka. Garnish with celery cut into very fine julienne on a mandoline or with a vegetable peeler. Serve.
