  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • ½ cup chicken stock

  • Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place the endive in a buttered baking dish and add the butter, chicken stock, salt and pepper. Cover with waxed paper or foil.
