  • ½ pound cauliflower florettes

  • 1 ½ tablespoons Oriental sesame oil

  • 1 tablespoon reduced sodium soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

    Steam florettes until tender, about 7 minutes. Drain.

    Meanwhile, mix the oil, soy sauce and lemon juice in serving bowl. When broccoli and cauliflower are ready, spoon into bowl and stir to coat well.
