Ingredients
Yield:3 servings
½ pound broccoli florettes
½ pound cauliflower florettes
1 ½ tablespoons Oriental sesame oil
1 tablespoon reduced sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Preparation
- Step 1
Steam florettes until tender, about 7 minutes. Drain.
- Step 2
Meanwhile, mix the oil, soy sauce and lemon juice in serving bowl. When broccoli and cauliflower are ready, spoon into bowl and stir to coat well.
