Yield:Aperitifs for 6

  • 3 tablespoons Cassis

  • 1 bottle good Champagne

  • 6 twists of lemon

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Fill the bottom of 6 Champagne glasses with ½ tablespoon Cassis. Pop open a bottle of Champagne and divide among the glasses. The color of the drink should be a sunset pink. Garnish with lemon twists.
