Ingredients
Yield:About 1¼ cups
10 leaves fresh mint, chopped
1 stalk lemongrass, trimmed, inner portion thinly sliced
1 cup rice vinegar
2 ½ tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons Thai fish sauce
1 ½ teaspoons soy sauce
¾ teaspoon crushed red-pepper flakes

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until sugar dissolves.
