  • ¼cup chicken broth
  • 1cup chopped onion

Preparation

  1. Step 1

    Saute onion and garlic in oil until onion is soft.

  2. Step 2

    Add tomato sauce, chicken broth, salt and pepper and cook for 15 minutes at a simmer. Serve over chiles rellenos.

I made this, it's very good. I added 1/2 a jalapeno sauteed till soft and then put it in my blender when cooled, it's sort of like Salsa in that you can put it on anything, it is now my go to sauce for fish.
