Sours aren’t just for whiskey; tequila lightens things up. For extra froth, use egg white when you shake the drink.

Egg white is not optional

It does seem that she’s using regular Angostura bitters in the video, but Angostura does indeed make orange bitters as well, which I used and thought worked out quite well.

Using the egg white from a whole egg rather than 1 tsp makes the drink much smoother

Twice at much egg white

I liked this overall, but I think I didn't make it sour enough! So I will try adding more lemon juice next time, or maybe less egg white, not sure. Someone else said to add 3 tsp egg white and I think my egg white quantity was higher than that.

Used 3 tsp of egg whites- came out frothy & phenomenal
