Ingredients
Yield:8 servings
8 slices country bread
2 cloves garlic, peeled
3 tablespoons (approximately) olive oil
6 to 8 ounces soft, fresh goat cheese
2 tablespoons minced fresh herbs of choice
Preparation
- Step 1
Lightly toast bread slices, and let cool.
- Step 2
Rub surface of bread with raw garlic clove. Brush olive oil over each slice.
- Step 3
Spread goat cheese evenly over bread slices, and garnish with minced herbs.
